Submitting a claim

You can submit your claim by email to claims@insurance4expats.nl 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, whenever it suits you. Report all available en necessary information related to the occurred damage.

You’ll find that completing your claim form is quicker if you have these details at hand before you start:

• Your insurance policy information
• Information about the incident, such as the date, where the damage occurred, etc.
• Details about the loss or damage you are claiming for
• Information about any other people or property involved

When registering a claim, please try to provide as much of this information as possible so that we can process the claim quickly and efficiently. In certain circumstances we may require additional information.
